A high-tech complex for living, studying, working and relaxing





BACKGROUND
UDP is a leading real estate developer with over 20-years experience working in Ukraine. The company specializes in infrastructure for sustainable and innovative development.
A new UDP project is an Innovation High-Tech Park called LvivTech City.

TASK
We were asked to convey the essence of the new innovation park and its benefits through a new brand strategy, message, and corporate identity.
This High-Tech Park is located in Lviv - Ukraine’s most famous tourist city which is not associated with technology. We needed to present this New Innovative Complex to the residents of the city and to investors as well.







INSIGHT
Our target audience is constantly looking for growth and development. Lviv has a young IT community striving to build a modern vibrant city. They live and work to incorporate new technology into their daily lives. These people are always ONE STEP AHEAD!
This scheme was the basis for our core idea.“ONE STEP AHEAD” became the main slogan for LvivTech City. LvivTech City's mission is to provide people with a comfortable atmosphere for life and progress.

SOLUTION
It was essential for us to show that the idea works not only for residents, but also for potential investors. We wanted to give assurance that LvivTech City has confidence in the future. 
We used a simple square and divided into three distinct blocks to show stability and confidence.
We made a modular design system to create different logo variations. This way even though the logo is unique, the core concept remains the same.





FONTS​​​​​​​
We chose a futuristic “TT Travels” and laconic “Proxima Nova” fonts to emphasize the main message of the new complex. The combination of these two fonts creates an unusual visual identity which makes our brand more recognizable.

COLOR
The color scheme has aesthetic, and also practical meaning. Each color defines a different block of LvivTech City: orange is for living, blue is for work, green means education, yellow means recreation.
